His NY restuarant, Wd-50 creates Michelin star dishes by taking a creative molecular twist on classic dishes.</p>

<p><strong>Biggest Egg Sale:</strong><em> </em>The largest egg belonging to the Elephant Bird of Madagascar will be for sale at the Chelsea Antiques Fair in London and is moderately priced at just over $7,000.  Elephant bird eggs, now fossils, are 15 times as big as ostrich eggs and could have made over 100 omelettes.</p>
